Delek US Holdings, Inc. (DK) shares surged 3.67 percent to $25.45 in post-market trading. The company stock plunged more than 3 percent in regular trading.

Cenveo Inc. (CVO) shares gained 3.06 percent to $2.02 in post-market trading.

Demand Media Inc. (DMD) shares advanced 2.29 percent to $10.01 in post-market trading. The company announced Friday that it had filed a shelf registration statement on Form S-3 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
