Travis Barker recently flew on a plane for the first time after surviving a deadly crash in 2008 and it was his girlfriend, Kourtney Kardashian, who helped him overcome his fear.

"I'm invincible when I'm with her," the 45-year-old musician told Nylon Magazine on Wednesday. "It's like I never dreamed, I never even considered flying again."

He was involved in a plane crash in 2008, which killed four people and left Barker with severe burns.

The musician noted that he didn't even know that he was going to fly again. However, he made a "deal" with Kardashian that he would do it with her.

"I would do anything with you. And just give me 24 hours' notice.' And that's what she did," he said.

Barker noted that the two-hour flight to the Mexican city of Cabo San Lucas was "the easiest ever."

"It's still something very new to me, but having something that gives me the strength and hope to be able to overcome things that were so traumatic in my life, it just says a ton," the musician explained.

After the Cabo trip, the couple also visited Portofino in Italy and Paris.

The mother of three took to Instagram last week to share a PDA-filled photo from their Italy trip.

Barker shared a photo from their Paris visit as they posed in front of the Eiffel Tower while hugging each other. "Forever isn't long enough," the musician wrote.

The dating rumor between Kardashian and Barker began in 2018 when the duo was spotted leaving a restaurant together in Los Angeles. In 2019, the couple was spotted in Malibu, California.

They made their relationship official earlier this year as they shared a photo of themselves holding hands on Instagram.

Kardashian shares three kids – Mason, Reign and Penelope – with Scott Disick. Barker has two kids – Alabama and Landon – with his ex-wife Shanna Moakler.
