Shanna Moakler is happy for Travis Barker and Kourtney Kardashian.

Moakler, 47, expressed her well wishes for her ex-husband after news broke that he tied the knot with the "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" alum in a private ceremony in Las Vegas Monday.

"Congratulations to the happy couple," Moakler said in a statement to People. "I wish them the best that life has to offer on their journey together."

Moakler and Barker were previously married from 2004 to 2008. They share two children, daughter Alabama, 16, and son Landon, 18. The model also shares daughter Atiana De La Hoya, 23, with ex Oscar De La Hoya.

Kardashian, 42, and Barker, 46, headed to the One Love Wedding Chapel early Monday to get married, according to People, shortly after attending the 2022 Grammy Awards, which was held at MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas.

Chapel owner Marty Frierson told the outlet that the couple was very affectionate throughout the ceremony. "There was a lot of that — kissing and hugging. They barely came up for air!" he said. "They just seemed totally in love."

Frierson said only four people in total were present during the nuptials. He wasn't sure if they were the couple's pals or members of their social media team but remembered them taking photos and videos during the ceremony.

"They all had iPhones, taking pictures and videos from every angle," he continued. "I don't know if they were the friends or their social media team. They filmed everything from the time they walked in, to the time they walked out. The vows, the kiss, the rose bouquet toss, the dancing. I usually take pictures for the chapel but they wanted to handle it all themselves."

As for the ceremony, the chapel owner said it was quick and only took about half an hour to finish. According to him, it was important for the couple to have "the Vegas experience."

"They had a good time," Frierson added. "They just romanced and got married. Elvis performed the ceremony. They showed a lot [of] love and had a lot of fun."

However, Kardashian and Barker's wedding was reportedly not official. The two are still not legally married because they did not obtain a marriage license before the ceremony, which is a requirement.

"In Nevada, a couple would be allowed to get married in Las Vegas with a marriage license that was issued by another Nevada county," the Clark County Office of Public Communications said in a statement. "In that scenario, the marriage certificate would be filed with the county that issued the license. Also, in Nevada, a couple must have a marriage license before they get married."

Clark County said it had not issued a license to the couple as of 8 a.m. Tuesday.

No photos from Kardashian and Barker's wedding have surfaced yet, but reports said they sported the same all-black ensembles they wore to the Grammys. The Blink-182 drummer reportedly asked to bring their own photographer and security.
