  • Tyler Cameron and Camila Kendra have broken up after eight months of dating
  • Kendra was reportedly the one who initiated their split as she intends to focus on her work
  • Kendra is vacationing in Rome after the split and before her working engagements in London, a report said

Tyler Cameron and girlfriend Camila Kendra have decided to put an end to their relationship just a week after he called her his “soulmate.”

The “Bachelorette” Season 15 runner-up and Kendra’s split after eight months of dating was confirmed by a Page Six source Monday. The insider told the outlet that things between the two suddenly “took a turn.”

Even before the confirmation, fans were already speculating that the two were experiencing relationship issues since the 28-year-old television personality and the 27-year-old model unfollowed each other on Instagram last week. Kendra also unfollowed Cameron’s brother, Ryan, according to the outlet.

An insider with knowledge on the matter between the exes told Us Weekly on the same day that it was Kendra who initiated the breakup as she has chosen to focus more on her budding career.

“Camila broke off the relationship. It was time for her to refocus on her own very lucrative career,” the insider was quoted as saying by Us Weekly.

Another unnamed source disclosed to the outlet that things happened so fast that their friends were caught by surprise.

“Things were going well until they weren’t. Friends were surprised things ended so quickly,” the source said.

After the split, Kendra, who did some modeling gigs for Jeffrey Star Cosmetics and Fenty in the past, will be traveling to Europe. Sources told the outlet she’ll be spending some time relaxing with her family in Rome before doing some photoshoots in London.

The split may come as a shock to some fans, considering that when Cameron appeared on “Watch What Happens Live with Andy Cohen” on July 27, he told the host that he believed Kendra was one of his soulmates, along with his best friend Matt James.

Though it was not clear when exactly the two of them officially called it quits, the “Bachelorette” alum appeared to have moved on pretty fast as he was spotted at a bar in Jacksonville Beach, Florida, over the weekend with a mystery woman touching his chest, according to Page Six.

The “Barkitecture” star has yet to comment on the photo of him and the mystery woman that’s been circulating on social media.

Cameron and Kendra first sparked romance rumors in January when the two of them were spotted spending some time together in the Big Apple.
