In today's round of Champions League fixtures, Marseille host Manchester United while Inter Milan and Bayern Munich play out a repeat of last season's final.

Manchester United will restart their Champions League campaign with a tricky trip to the Stade Velodrome to face Marseille. The English side is the definite favorite, but they face a tough task against a Marseille side who have shed their early-season troubles and have emerged as a highly confident, solid team since the turn of the year.

Marseille will be without star striker Andre-Pierre Gignac, while fellow strikers Remy and Brandao are both doubtful with different injuries. Manchester United will be without five players due to various injuries - Rio Ferdinand, Johnny Evans, Ryan Giggs, Anderson and Michael Owen.

In the other fixture, Bayern Munich will look to set matters right against Inter, after their 2-0 loss to the Italians in the Champions League final last season. Inter, however, have been a different side since Leonardo took over from Rafa Benitez in December, and they will look to impress in front of their home fans.

Inter will be without their goal-scoring hero for the final, Diego Milito, but have no other injury worries. Bayern's Mario Gomez is a doubt but their keeper Thomas Kraft is set to start despite sustaining a head injury during the weekend.
