International Business Times poll on major U.S. economic indicators scheduled for release during the week of June 17, 2019.

All eyes will be on the two-day Federal Reserve policy meeting that starts Tuesday. Economists polled by International Business Times widely expect the Fed to leave interest rates unchanged at its upcoming meeting. Rising concerns on the trade war, worries about the yield curve, and slower growth momentum will likely nudge the Fed to signal readiness to cut rates if the economic data deteriorates., economists said.

Notable economic data releases for this week include building permits, housing starts, existing home sales and Markit PMI data. Housing starts is expected to rise to 1.239 million units in May from 1.235 million units in April. The Philly Fed and Empire indices are likely to decline in June, reversing the gain in May.
