Famed music manager Scooter Braun threw a party Tuesday at the h.wood Group's new live music venue, the Peppermint Club, in West Hollywood.

For the big night, hosted by Chivas Regal Ultis, Usher attended and staged a surprise impromptu performance, getting up on the stage and freestyling three jazz numbers with the live band.

The event was also in support of Pencils of Promise, a nonprofit organization run by Scooter's brother, Adam Braun.

Open for only a couple of weeks, the Peppermint Club is shaping up to be the "it" Hollywood hotspot. A few days earlier, Justin Bieber, who is managed by Scooter, jumped on stage and played for about 30 minutes. His buddy and guitarist Andrew Watt was at the venue that night while the Chainsmokers looked on. Check out Biebs on stage at The Peppermint Club in a video HERE.
