A familiar face may soon be missing from the co-hosting table on daytime talk show “The Real.” Tamar Braxton is said to have been fired for to several reasons, including problems on set.

A source told Love B Scott that Braxton was axed as co-host because she wasn’t “reading too well” with the audience. “And sales people didn’t find her to be a good fit with advertisers,” the source added. “She was also too difficult dealing with production.”

The outlet also reported that the “Love and War” singer stopped following the show on Twitter, along with co-hosts Adrienne Bailon, Loni Love and Jeannie Mai. The only person from the show Braxton, 39, is said to still be following on the social networking site is Tamera Mowry-Housley.

Reports that Braxton was fired came right after she went on an Instagram rant telling fans that someone she “stupidly trusted” had backstabbed her. The singer said her post was not about her sisters or her husband, Vincent Herbert. “I am not about to be tried and tested to snitch, and it’s not in good taste to tell you who,” she wrote in a lengthy post on Instagram. Even though it’s not clear who Braxton is referring to in her rant, Love took to Twitter to seemingly reply by posting a picture that read: “I have no idea what’s going on, so here’s a picture of a dinosaur in a top hat and monocle riding on a Segway.”

In December, it was rumored there was tension on set of “The Real” because Braxton was feuding with her co-hosts. Love quickly shot down the report, writing that she thinks the media can be “messy” sometimes. “I spoke to Tay [Braxton’s nickname] this morning and had a good laugh about this,” she posted.

Braxton also responded to the rumor, writing, “Who cares about a rumor? Let’s talk about FACTS! We are family! We laugh, talk, argue, agree, break up, make up, respect each other, talk about each other, tell on each other, there for one another & etc. I wouldn’t trade them for the world.”
