A homeless Florida man arrested for allegedly “fluffing” his genitals at a Jensen Beach strip mall said he was “airing out my d***.”

William Gibson, 50, was allegedly seen by a 65-year-old Goodwill store employee with his jeans around his ankles in the Winn-Dixie Plaza strip mall on Nov. 5, according to a Martin County Sheriff’s Office arrest affidavit obtained Friday by TCPalm.

Gibson “then reached inside his underwear and fondled his genitals, he then removed his hand from his underwear [and] smelled his fingers,” the affidavit goes on to say. Gibson “then dropped his underwear exposing his genitals, with his genitals in his hand starting ‘fluffing them.’”

The report said Gibson “was standing with his back to the wall exposing himself to the public [and] making no attempt to conceal himself.”

After pulling up his underwear and walking away from the Goodwill store, Gibson allegedly walked to the strip mall’s parking lot and repeated his “fluffing.” The Goodwill employee then notified her manager and police were called.

Gibson was still in the parking lot when police arrested him. After being told his rights, the 50-year-old homeless man allegedly said he was being arrested “for airing out my d***” and threatened to “kill that b**** who called” police, according to the affidavit.

“He also kept saying that he was going to hurt the employees of the Winn-Dixie, Goodwill and Seacoast Bank, because he was FBI,” the affidavit continued.

A judge ordered $75,000 bond for Gibson, who was arrested on a charge of lewd or lascivious exhibition in the presence of the elderly, according to jail records. He was then taken to the Martin County Jail.
