The Lifetime Christmas Movies continue with the premiere of "Well-Suited for Christmas," starring Mercedes de la Zerda and Franco Lo Presti, on Sunday night.

The film will be a treat for fans as it will be their first introduction to both stars when it comes to Lifetime, as neither one has starred in a film for the network before. Of course, fans may recognize them from other work they've done in the past. De la Zerda isn't a stranger to holiday films, as she starred in the Hallmark Movies & Mysteries title "Christmas Encore" previously. Her best-known roles however are likely as Lang in "War for the Planet of the Apes," Nadia Espinosa on "Designated Survivor" and Emiliana "Em" Castillo on "The Sinner."

As for Lo Presti, while he hasn't been a Lifetime star before, Christmas movies are something he's familiar with. Previous credits include "Snowbound for Christmas" and "Christmas Catch."

So what will happen when these two team up for their first Lifetime project together? According to a synopsis, what originally starts as a prime work opportunity for one of the characters soon becomes more as they get to know one another a little better.

"Fashion designer Rachel Rocca (de la Zerda) lands a spot in a design competition to create a tuxedo for one of the city's most eligible bachelors, Brett Stone (Lo Presti), for a Christmas charity gala," the synopsis for the film reads. "As Rachel begins to unthread his well-spun public image, she discovers the true reason behind his Christmas charity, and they find themselves falling in love."

"Well-Suited For Christmas" airs Sunday at 8 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
