Meghan Markle and George Clooney’s wife, Amal Clooney, have something in common.

The two women were recently included on Tatler’s best-dressed list for 2018. The publication praised Amal for having a polished but playful sense of style. Markle, on the other hand, was commended by the publication of her bridal gown, which was designed by Givenchy.

“Prince Harry’s California bride blew us away with her Givenchy dress and has redefined modern royal style with every subsequent appearance,” the publication noted.

Amal and her husband were also present at Prince Harry and Markle’s royal wedding on May 19 at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. The mom of two also made headlines at that time due to her phenomenal outfit. Amal wore a bold mustard mini-dress with cap sleeves and a statement tie train to the royal wedding.

Clooney’s wife accentuated her look with her stylish hat that also featured a delicate veil. Her pencil silhouette also highlighted her svelte frame. The Clooneys are friends with Prince Harry and Markle. Prior to the royal wedding, Miguel Perez, a celebrity stylist, said that Amal and Markle are friends.

“Yes, I do Meghan’s hair. I do Amal’s, and Meghan is friends with her. I also do George’s, I do the whole family. Amal put Meghan and me together when she moved here. I do her color, her cut, and her styling,” Perez said.

In related news, it was Queen Elizabeth II that was declared to be Tatler’s Ultimate Power Dresser. The 92-year-old monarch’s fondness for bright block colors, as well as her love for floral prints, is what the publication noticed most about her.

Other members of the royal family that also made it to the list are Lady Amelia Windsor, Camilla Parker Bowles, Kate Middleton, and Prince George. The latter was cited for his Christopher Robin-like fashion.
