Meghan Markle may return to the United States for Priyanka Chopra and Nick Jonas’ upcoming wedding.

Earlier this week, People reported that the couple got engaged after only two months of dating. And since Chopra flew to London to attend Markle and Prince Harry’s nuptials, it is highly likely that the former “Suits” star will return the favor.

Even though Chopra and Jonas have not yet confirmed their engagement, and their wedding date has not yet been set, the “Quantico” star will be delighted to see Markle on her special day.

Earlier this month, Chopra talked about her friendship with Markle and said that distance has not affected their bond.

“I think friendships depend on people individually and how personal your relationship is. You can have work friendships, those are different. But when you have real friendships, like ours, it doesn’t matter what people look at you as or where your world goes, you sort of just, stay friends. And I think that’s what we’re like,” she said.

In May, Chopra also praised Markle one day after her royal wedding at St. George’s Chapel in Windsor Castle. On her Instagram account, the actress uploaded a series of photos taken from the huge event.

“Every once in a while, there is a moment when time stands still. That happened today. You, my friend, were the epitome of grace, love, and beauty. Every choice made at this wedding by you will both go down in history, not just because it was your wedding but because this incredible wedding stood for change and hope. Both things that the world needs desperately,” she wrote.

The publication noted that Markle will most likely be at Chopra’s wedding because there are no royal rules in place that suggest she can’t attend her friends’ nuptials.

In June, Markle also joined Prince Harry at Celia McCorquodale’s wedding to George Woodhouse at St. Andrew and St. Mary’s Church in Stoke Rochford, Lincolnshire.
