Sophia Bush has shared her thoughts on the prospect of having a “One Tree Hill” revival.

In an interview with E! News, the actress said that while she’s hopeful for a revival, she doesn’t know how she can squeeze filming for it in her packed schedule.

“I don’t know how I could cut myself in half to make that happen because I shoot ‘Chicago P.D.’ for 10 months out of the year,” Bush, who played Brooke Davis on “One Tree Hill,” said. “I guess if the stars align for all of the producers who have other jobs to do another job and then miraculously 15 people could manage to be free for a special, that would be cool. I just don’t know how we would ever make it work, but it’s certainly flattering that people want us to.”

Bush also shared what she thinks her character would be up to if the series is still on today. The character put up a clothing company in the series’ original run, and Bush is certain that Brooke is still busy putting up companies these days, only now she will focus on tech.

“I think she absolutely would have been a leader in the tech market and would have an incredible app,” Bush said.

Some of the show’s cast members attended the EyeCon Convention in Chicago in November. Aside from that, an informal reunion also happened in August 2015 in Montreal.

Meanwhile, it’s not just Bush who has opened up about the idea of reviving the beloved show. Chad Michael Murray, who played Lucas Scott, also said that he doesn’t see the show being rebooted in the near future. The actor also told Wonderwall that while he is not averse to the idea of returning to the series, he would need a good reason to do so.

“One Tree Hill” debuted in 2003. The show ran for 9 seasons.
