In a case of animal cruelty, a female dog-walker was spotted kicking and stamping on her pets after dragging it. The incident, which took place in Rockingham Recreation Ground in Uxbridge, west London, was caught on camera by a passerby.

The video shows the woman, with two dogs, yanking and hitting the helpless animals. Passerby Sophie Ball saw the incident and recorded the woman's behavior. Ball claimed the woman allegedly attacked the dogs "several times."

Ball, who was in the park with her father and two-year-old son Donovan at the time, shared the appalling video on Facebook calling for authorities to find the woman.

"She was screaming at the dogs, that's when I first saw her," Ball told the U.K.'s Mirror Online. "She started kicking the hell out of it. It wasn't as if it was attacking a child, it had done nothing wrong."

In the Facebook post, Ball said the woman was "kicking the dogs and kicking its head into the ground, stomping on it and also yanking them and dragging them... As you can see the dogs did absolutely nothing wrong to give her any type of reason to do this."

"[She had] done this several times before I decided to start videoing," Ball also wrote. "I called the police immediately but they didn't rush and she ended up leaving."

Ball also said police were looking for the woman. She also urged the public to come forward if they knew any details about the woman in the video.

A Metropolitan Police spokesperson confirmed officers went to the park and searched the area, but did not find the woman or dogs.

"We are concerned by the content of this video and urge anyone who recognises the person in the video or who saw what happened to the dogs to contact us, in confidence, via the RSPCA inspectorate appeal line on 0300 123 8018, quoting incident 697/01/04/2019," authorities said.

In a recent incident of animal cruelty in Florida, a man was caught on camera choking and throwing a dog he was supposed to train. Victor Suero, 31, was asked to give obedience training to his neighbor’s dog in February. On the day of the incident, the man took the dog, a 1-year-old Siberian husky named Winter, out for training when he “became upset with Winter.” He then choked the dog before slamming it to the ground. This incident took place just a few days after a California man was charged with animal cruelty for tying a dog with wires and kicking it like a soccer ball.
