Roman Reigns has been the central figure of the WWE Company over the last couple of years. Termed the "Head of the Table," Reigns is the current Undisputed WWE and Universal Champion.

A six-time world champion, Reigns has held the Universal Championship twice and the WWE Championship four times. In fact, he holds the record for being the longest-reigning Universal Champion, having held the belt for over 700 days now. He unified the two titles at WrestleMania 38 earlier this year by beating arch-rival Brock Lesnar in Texas.

The Tribal Chief retained his undisputed titles on July 30 at the SummerSlam 2022 and once again it was Lesnar at the receiving end. Even though Lesnar lost the Last Man Standing fight, the Beast Incarnate put up quite a show at Nashville's Nissan Stadium.

Reigns captured his second Universal title in a triple threat match against The Fiend and Braun Strowman on Aug. 30, 2020 at the WWE Payback event. Since then, the Head of the Table has not lost the title and has defended the Universal title a total of 23 times, according to Sportskeeda.

Out of the 23 defenses, seven took place on Friday Night SmackDown, where the Tribal Chief faced off against the likes of Riddle, Rey Mysterio and Sami Zayn. He also defeated Daniel Bryan in a Loser Leaves SmackDown match with the title on the line.
