Brock Lesnar will reportedly be at Wrestlemania 35, contrary to rumors claiming he will be skipping event. Questions about whether or not he will remain with the WWE and work beyond the Royal Rumble surfaced recently, and now all those can be laid to rest.

Brad Shepard of "Oh, You Didn't Know" made the confirmation despite dubious claims that the Beast Incarnate would not be making an appearance. However, this is not to say that he will walk out of the WWE Royal Rumble with the gold wrapped around his waist. Lesnar will be there regardless of whether or not he is the WWE Universal champion, Ringside News reported.

With Lesnar confirmed, the next question is who the Beast will be facing. Will it be Braun Strowman or someone else? It may all depend on how the Royal Rumble goes down.

Lesnar and Strowman will come face-to-face on Jan. 27 at the Chase Field in Phoenix, Arizona with the Universal title on the line. It will be the second face-off between the two, the first of which happened at the Crown Jewel event in Saudi Arabia back in November.

A pre-match attack by Baron Corbin left the Monster Among Men in a precarious state, allowing Lesnar to take advantage and become the only two-time Universal champion. Curiously, Skybet offered similar betting odds on the two giants at 5/6.

Despite his size, Lesnar has proven that he can handle the best and the giants the WWE has to offer. It remains to be seen what will go down in two weeks, but there are some who believe Lesnar will retain his Universal belt.

If not Strowman, a potential adversary for Lesnar is Seth Rollins. As mentioned in a previous post, the Kingslayer is one of the favorites to rule the battle royale and challenge the Beast Incarnate for the Universal belt. The odds suggest that The Architect is the 10/11 favorite to win the championship, with Strowman coming in as a second favorite at 5/2, Ringside news reported.

Hence, a sneak preview of what to expect for Wrestlemania 35 may happen at the WWE Royal Rumble. The results of the battle royal, as well as the Universal title match results, could dictate who faces who in April, unless the WWE makes sudden changes to the script in the months in-between.

Whether it will be Rollins or Strowman, the fact remains that both need to get ready for one big physical encounter against Lesnar, someone who knows how to dominate and demolish opponents as seen in the past.
