All is not well of Kofi Kingston after the former WWE champion got robbed of a golden opportunity to challenge champion Daniel Bryan for the heavyweight title gold. WWE CEO Vince McMahon was behind the sudden change of the match, inserting Kevin Owens in lieu of the Dreadlocked Dynamo.

For those who have been following the WWE, a sudden change in the cards is nothing new. McMahon did the same to Becky Lynch although rumors had it that the red-haired diva was injured. Regardless, Lynch has been keeping herself in the limelight via the rebel route. Could this be the same one Kingston will be following?

Kingston finally aired out his grievance since being removed from the WWE title picture recently, Cageside Seats reported. And as one would guess, the 37-year-old wrestler was not at all happy. But knowing how things are in the WWE, Kingston may not be totally out of it.

There is still one edition of WWE SmackDown happening on March 5. Kingston could be given the chance to speak or even compete. It is a familiar scene on WWE shows where he could face someone (possibly Owens) or even Bryan. A victory could either give him his place back or transform the whole thing into a Triple Threat match. Should this happen, the odds may not favor the reigning champion since pinning anyone will hand the title to the victor.

Then again, WWE Fastlane is a prelude to big show slated in April -- Wrestlemania 35. Seeing a title-change this early hardly makes sense, meaning Bryan is likely to remain champion regardless of what match happens.

For Kingston, he could get leverage if his two cohorts get involved. This is with reference to Big E and Xavier Woods, both who have been by their comrade's side.

Should Kingston be totally erased from the picture, the change of plans could result in the New Day getting a fresh shot at the WWE SmackDown Tag Team titles. The Usos are the current champions and they are in the middle of a storyline involving Shane McMahon and the Miz.

According to Comicbook.com, there are rumors that the Miz and Shane may eventually break up and that could happen at WWE Fastlane on March 10. If so, it opens the door for the New Day to step up and challenge for the tag team belts. Could this be the next script for the Kofi Kingston and the New Day?
