The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show Angels are renowned as some of the most beautiful women in the world—and they’re also generous with their tips. Some of the top models shared their diet and exercise tips before the 2016 edition of the show aired Monday.

Portions and nutrition are most important for Adriana Lima. “I really watch my portions, and work out when I can—it is definitely hard with work and my two kids,” the Brazilian beauty told StyleCaster in 2013.

Juices are a priority for Elsa Hosk. “It's a lot of fun to make juices and I also drink lots of warm water in the morning with ginger, cayenne and lemon juice. It's a great way to clean your system right away,” she told StyleCaster. “Just drink lots of juice and get lots of sleep.”

Martha Hunt like to hit the gym: “I've been using a Megaformer—it is like the Pilates reformer with a carriage in between two platforms and you change the springs for resistance—so you have to resist these pulleys to strengthen your body. It is basically a torture machine!”

Lily Aldridge cuts alcohol out of her diet two months before the show is filmed, she told Thread Nov. 30. She cuts salt out from her diet the week before. When the show is over, all the models celebrate with pizza. “We always have a pizza party with all the girls after. Pizza in Paris!” she told Threads.

Kendall Jenner didn’t reveal how she prepped for the show, but she divulged what she has to have backstage. “I know some people ask for super crazy things backstage, but that's not my style—I'm pretty easy! I have low blood sugar, so I definitely need things to keep me going (aka lots of food!),” she wrote on her website and app Tuesday.

The VS Fashion Show, which was filmed in Paris last week, airs Monday on CBS at 10 p.m. EST.
