Adam Levine loves the nude life. As the cover boy for the September issue of Out magazine, the Maroon 5 front man wasn't shy about talking about his sexuality, among other things.

"I just love being as naked as possible all the time -- it feels really natural to me," the 32-year-old singer said.

In the interview, Levine talks about growing up in Los Angeles with a gay brother.

"You've just gotta embrace it from the beginning. That's the only way to deal with it as a family. Otherwise, you're just screwing yourself over, and you're gonna make your kid miserable," he said.

As for rumors about Levine being gay?

"There's no way to hide my straightness . . . but if people didn't think there was a small chance I was gay, then I wouldn't be doing my job very well. Look at the best ones, guys whose sexuality was always questioned. Bowie. Jagger. Freddie Mercury. I wouldn't be the front man of a band if that question hadn't come up at some point," said Levine.

This isn't the first time Levine has publicly expressed his love of being naked. On Aug. 10, the singer told New York Magazine that he prefers to leave the clothes off.

"People think I'm out of my mind. But it doesn't bother me . . . I'm not going to be young forever. I might as well. I don't know, seems like it makes sense. It's fun. I have to be told to put on clothes in my own home when people come over. That's how bad it gets," Levine told New York Magazine.

Levine is on a North American tour with Train. The singer is also enjoying the success of two summer collaborations, "Moves Like Jagger" with Christina Aguilera and "Stereo Hearts" with Gym Class Heroes.

Levine is also set to return to his hosting duties on the second season of NBC's "The Voice" this fall, along with Aguilera, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton.
