“Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star Kim Kardashian is concerned about her husband, rapper Kanye West, Us Weekly reported Tuesday. The performer was taken to Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center Monday after he reportedly suffered from exhaustion, stress and dehydration.

Kardashian, 36, was slated to tour with her husband, but became reclusive after she was robbed at gunpoint in Paris last month. “She was supposed to be on a lot of the tour dates with him and because of what happened with [her Paris] robbery, she wasn't feeling up for going to all these different tour dates,” an insider told Us Weekly. “So [Kanye] hasn't had his family, his support system, with him. Kim is very worried.”

West, 39, canceled the rest of his shows on his Saint Pablo Tour on the same day of his hospitalization. He faced a backlash after he said he would’ve voted for President-elect Donald Trump Thursday and slammed longtime friend Beyoncé Saturday.

When Kardashian was in crisis Oct. 3, West flew to France to be with his wife. “[Kanye] took on a lot and the Paris incident sort of split up the family because he hasn't been able to spend hardly any time with Kim,” the source told Us Weekly Tuesday. “The robbery caused so much stress for this family.”

Now, West was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold, TMZ reported Tuesday. There’s some discrepancy if the star was really placed on a 5150, which occurs when a “person, as a result of a mental health disorder, is a danger to others or to himself,” California law states.

West tried to assault a staff member at the home of his trainer, Harley Pasternak, TMZ added. He was handcuffed to a stretched and taken to UCLA Medical Center for psychiatric evaluations. Handcuffs are standard protocol when a patient is “acting erratically.”

Kardashian has not issued an official statement about her husband’s mental health status.
