Aishwarya Rai Bachchan Voted ?Most Ideal Celebrity Mother? In Bollywood

With Mother's Day coming up, online matrimonial portal Shaadi.com conducted a survey to find the ideal celebrity mother in Bollywood.

And according to the survey result, new mother Aishwarya Rai Bachchan has topped the list of the Ideal Celebrity Mom in Bollywood, a title she shares with her Hollywood counterpart Angelina Jolie.

Former Miss World, successful Bollywood actress, the perfect Bachchan perfect bahu (daughter-in-law) and now a doting mother - she has achieved it all. Aishwarya Rai Bachchan is said to be a very caring and loving mother to her six-month-old daughter Aaradhya Bachchan or Beti B.

The Bollywood actress has topped the list with 54 percent of votes, followed by actress Karishma Kapoor with 27 percent votes.

The other two contenders are Malaika Arora Khan with 11 percent and Lara Dutta with 8 percent.

However, when it comes to Hollywood, 67 percent respondents believe that Angelina Jolie is the ideal mother.

Although National Award winning actress Priyanka Chopra and actress Kareena Kapoor are unmarried, they managed to find a position in the survey. According to the survey, 30 percent of the respondents believe that Chopra would make an ideal mother once she has children.

Earlier this month, Aishwarya Rai Bachchan was voted the best-dressed celebrity on the red carpet in an online survey conducted by Yahoo! India.

Meanwhile, the actress putting all rumors aside has finally confirmed that she will attend the 65th Cannes International Film Festival, scheduled to be held between May 16 and 27.

It is also said that she will travel to France to attend the festival with her daughter.

Aishwarya will take her daughter along with her as she cannot stay away from the newborn, Aishwarya's spokesperson confirmed.

According to reports Aishwarya's post-pregnancy weight gain is preventing her from going to Cannes, but her spokesperson confirmed that the actress is not worried about her looks.

She is enjoying motherhood and not worried about how she looks, the spokesperson said.
