The No. 1 Alabama Crimson Tide (13-0) are favored big when they take on the No. 4 Oklahoma Sooners (12-1) on Saturday at Hard Rock Stadium in Miami in the 2018 Orange Bowl and College Football Playoff semifinals.

Oddsmakers at Westgate Sportsbook have Alabama favored by 14 points and expect a shootout, with an over/under of 79 points.

But Alabama's defense has proven they can keep scores low, having back-to-back shutouts in wins over then-No.3 LSU and then-No. 16 Mississippi State.

Oklahoma's lone defeat came in Week 6 against rival Texas, 48-45. The Sooners have won seven straight games, though three of those victories came within a margin of five points.

Oklahoma is 5-7-1 against the spread, while Alabama is 8-5 against the spread.

According to ESPN's Football Power Index, Alabama has a 73.3 percent chance of winning, while Oklahoma has a 26.7 percent chance of an upset.

The winner faces the winner of Notre Dame vs. Clemson, which be played earlier.

Prediction: This one probably won't be close. The Crimson Tide are simply too good and should roll over the Sooners with their high-octane offense with quarterback Tua Tagovailoa healthy.
