Former "Wife Swap" star Alicia Guastaferro is being accused of a different kind of swap that could land her in jail - money in exchange for her sexual services.

Guastaferro, 20, was arrested on prostitution charges earlier this week after police caught her in a car with 54-year-old Rochester, N.Y., lawyer James Doyle, Radar Online reported.

Guastaferro appeared on the ABC show "Wife Swap" with her parents back in 2008 and filed a $100 million lawsuit against ABC for claiming they misrepresented her as a spoiled brat on the program, according to the gossip website.

No alleged hanky-panky was observed by New York State Police officers at the time of Guastaferro's arrest. Doyle was found slumped over the steering wheel of the vehicle, which police were alerted to following reports of an erratic driver on the New York State Thruway, YNN Rochester reported.

During a conversation with the officers, Guastaferro claimed Doyle paid her for sex on numerous occasions and supplied her with a fake ID, according to YNN.

The former "Wife Swap" star allegedly received between $500 and $700 twice a month for sex with Doyle, Radar Online reported.

Doyle, who refused a breathalyzer, adamantly denied paying Guastaferro for sex or even engaging in sexual activity with the 20-year-old.

"I've been accused of having a prostitute with me. The young lady with me is a lady whose family I've known for two years. I've known this young lady for two years. I've been to her home. She's visited my home with her mother and her father," the 54-year-old attorney said in an interview with YNN.

The attorney had been arrested twice before on drunken driving charges, according to the Rochester Democrat & Chronicle.

But Doyle denied the latest DWI charges.

"No, I was not drunk," the attorney said. "I was a person who was parked in a vehicle at a rest stop, resting."
