“The Walking Dead” after show host, “Talking Dead”star Chris Hardwick, will be gracing “America’s Got Talent” Season 12 on Tuesday night.

In the episode, Hardwick will serve as a guest judge and will be helping Simon Cowell, Heidi Klum, Mel B and Howie Mandel decide which acts deserve to be in the live shows. NBC just released a teaser for the first judge cuts round, where Hardwick admitted that he’s terrified but also excited to be part of the hit reality TV competition.

Clips of Hardwick running after a dog and dancing during a masked contestant’s routine were also shown in the 36-second teaser. But one of Hardwick’s most memorable moments during his appearance in “America’s Got Talent” Season 12 is when he gives his golden buzzer to a deserving contestant. The act that will receive the golden buzzer will automatically head to the finals. The rest, who will receive yeses from the judges but not the golden buzzer, will head to another round of elimination.

Meanwhile, Hardwick isn’t the only guest judge who will be joining Cowell, Klum, Mel B and Mandel this season. “Orange Is the New Black” star Laverne Cox will also grace the panel. In addition, Klum’s ex-husband, Seal, and DJ Khaled will be featured in Season 12.

As of late, it is still unclear which contestants will be featured in the first round of judge cuts. However, a leaked video ahead of Tuesday night’s episode confirmed that magician Eric Jones is one of the many others who will face five judges. During his audition in June, Jones received yeses from the judges, but Cowell wasn’t impressed by his magic tricks.

In the clip, Jones promised to make his act more dynamic and said that he took Cowell’s comments to heart. By the looks of it, Cowell will finally be amazed by what Jones could do, and the latter could make it to the next round of the competition. Unfortunately, more than half of the acts will be sent home, including some early favorites.

“America’s Got Talent” Season 12 airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on NBC.
