Amid rumors that Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt are having marriage troubles because of career issues, a new report claimed that the actress is taking over the duties of a professor at Georgetown University in Washington, D.C. However, Gossip Cop debunked the report, saying that Jolie is not taking any more teaching responsibilities.

The Us Weekly reported Sunday that Jolie, who is a visiting professor at the London School of Economics, “will do the same guest spot at Georgetown University.” She will “share her knowledge in lectures, workshops and research focused on women, peace and security,” the report cited a source saying. On Thursday, another report linked to her career was refuted when Variety reported that Jolie will not play a role in Kenneth Branagh’s “Murder on the Orient Express” remake.

Jolie is currently busy with projects like “Maleficent 2” and “First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers” for Netflix.

The 41-year-old has been battling divorce rumors with her husband Brad Pitt, with some reports claiming that the actress' health crisis was a result of her failed marriage. Meanwhile, recent rumors said that Jolie and Pitt are planning to adopt another child.

“Brad and Angie believe that adopting an older child will make people aware of orphans who are often overlooked,” a source told InTouch Weekly. “According to Angie, everybody seems to want to adopt babies when there are so many other wonderful, worthy and deserving older children out there."

“They feel that by adopting a child who is 10 or older, he or she will mix in better with their rambunctious kids, who are getting bigger by the day,” the source added. Jolie and Pitt have six children, Maddox, 14, Pax, 12, Zahara, 11, Shiloh, 10, and twins Knox and Vivienne, 8.

Over the last few months, reports claimed that Jolie is heading for a divorce with Pitt over her alleged fight with the actor. Rumors also surfaced that Jolie and Pitt have been feuding over their respective careers, while some reports blamed Pitt's close relationship with his co-stars.

Pitt and Jolie had a family reunion last month during the birthday celebration of their twins Knox and Vivienne at the Griddle Cafe in West Hollywood, California, giving rise to speculation that things might be working well between them.

However, Pitt's cheating rumors resurfaced this week, with InTouch Weekly claiming that Jolie got furious after she caught the "Allied" star with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston. While rumors about trouble in Jolie and Pitt's relationship continue to swirl, Gossip Cop debunked all the reports.
