Angelina Jolie, who has been battling divorce rumors with her husband Brad Pitt, is not part of Kenneth Branagh’s “Murder on the Orient Express” remake, Variety reported Thursday. The actress has been surrounded with several rumors over the last few months, including some involving her health crisis and adoption of another child.

Jolie was reportedly in early talks with 20th Century Fox about appearing in the adaptation of Agatha Christie's 1934 novel. However, Variety reported that the 41-year-old won't be part of the project, and according to rumors, Oscar-winner Charlize Theron may be taking her place in the film.

Jolie is currently busy with projects like “Maleficent 2” and “First They Killed My Father: A Daughter of Cambodia Remembers” for Netflix.

Over the last few months, reports claimed that Jolie is heading for a divorce with Pitt over her alleged fight with the actor. Rumors also surfaced that Jolie and Pitt have been feuding over their respective careers, while some reports blamed Pitt's close relationship with his co-stars. Jolie's health issues also have been blamed on their rumored relationship problems.

Last month, Pitt and Jolie had a family reunion during the birthday celebration of their twins Knox and Vivienne at the Griddle Cafe in West Hollywood, California, giving rise to speculation that things might be working well between them.

However, Pitt's cheating rumors resurfaced this week, with InTouch Weekly claiming that Jolie got furious after she caught the "Allied" star with his ex-wife Jennifer Aniston.

While rumors about trouble in Jolie and Pitt's relationship continue to swirl, Gossip Cop debunked all the reports.
