The city of Baltimore just prosecuted its first hacking case and a bizarre one at that.

Walter Powell was fired from his job at the Baltimore Substance Abuse System Inc by CEO Greg Warren. In retaliation, he embedded a porn image on Warren's computer.

While Warren was giving a presentation to Baltimore city officials regarding drug rehabilitation, the computer suddenly flashed an image of a naked woman.

The court sentenced Powell to two years in prison with all-time suspended along with three years of probation. He must also do 100 hours of community service work.

Warren said the attack cost $80,000 -- mostly funds used rebuild the system, replace software and upgrade security measures, reported the Baltimore Sun. Warren added that no confidential information was leaked.

Baltimore Substance Abuse System distributes public funds to more than 50 substance abuse programs that assist thousands of people.
