Reigning Super Bowl MVP Aaron Rodgers criticized Jets quarterback Mark Sanchez for his photo spread in GQ magazine's September issue.

The Green Bay Packer quarterback called the GQ photos embarrassing in a radio interview with ESPN Milwaukee on Wednesday.

Look at this, Rodgers told the radio station. That's embarrassing. Page 94 of the GQ thing here. That's terrible.

On Page 94, Sanchez is seen wearing white pants, a black tank top, and sunglasses while posing for the magazine. Sanchez dismissed the comment as just a joke.

I think he was, obviously, making a joke out of it, and that's fine, giving me a good ribbing like the guys on our team, Sanchez told reporters on Wednesday. That's totally understandable, but I'm just happy that it ended up working out for a good cause and we got to partner with two great companies and one great charity, with Hugo Boss and Tuesday's Children.

Despite Sanchez's assurances, Rodgers didn't sound like he was joking during the interview. When pressed further about the pictures, Rodgers said it just wasn't his style to do a GQ spread.

It's just not really my style, he said. I like my anonymity, I like my privacy. I like being able to be the quarterback during the week and, in the offseason, just be able to do what I want to do and not have to be in the public eye.

Rodgers isn't the only one busting Sanchez's chops about the photos. Not only did Jets teammates razz Sanchez about it, but also one of his Week 1 opponents got in on the action.

Dallas Cowboys backup linebacker Victor Butler referred to the quarterback as Sexy Sanchez and questioned why you wouldn't want to sack such a good looking player.

If the refs give me enough time, maybe I'll whisper a couple of sweet nothings in his ear, Butler told ESPN Dallas on Wednesday. I have his GQ if he wants to sign it for me. I'd really like that. I really want him to sign the cover of this for me. It'd be nice.
