U.S. Sen. Carl Levin Booed at AIPAC Policy Conference 2012 [VIDEO]

Sen. Carl Levin, D-Mich., was booed by hecklers while speaking about Iran at the American Israel Public Affairs Committee's policy conference on Monday.

Levin was talking about the threat of Iran's nuclear program when someone at right the side of the hall at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center shouted something (it was not clear what they said.) Audience members then attempted to drown out the shouting with applause, and more boos ensued.

I'm happy to talk over that, don't let that worry you, Levin said, then continuing to talk about the presence of U.S. troops in Israel.

Levin is also the chairman of the Armed Services Committee.
