Now that NFL quarterback Tim Tebow appears to be headed to the New York Jets, he'll have to find a new home around the city. Here are four properties that could suit the star.

W Hotel (Urbika)

W Hotel Downtown and Residences, 123 Washington Street, New York: In the Financial District's condo-hotel, Tebow might run into his friend, Knicks point guard Jeremy Lin, who is already renting a unit. The tower is also just a few blocks from Trinity Church -- definitely a plus for the devout Tebow.

Rental listings start at around $4,000 per month, while one bedrooms are for sale starting around $1.15 million, according to StreetEasy.

Trump World Tower, 845 United Nations Plaza, New York

Trump World Tower (PropertyShark)

The Donald's dark bronze column near the East River has already attracted some star power: New York Yankees captain Derek Jeter has a 5,425-square-foot condo that he listed for $20 million in 2010. Tebow might not quite be at that price point, but he could pick up one of the smaller one-bedroom units for around $1.2 million.

As an added perk, Tebow would be about a dozen blocks away from a football field at St. Vartan Park.

8 Spruce Street (Jim Henderson)

New York by Gehry, 8 Spruce Street, New York

To truly see the most of the city, Tebow could rent a unit at the Frank Gehry-designed 8 Spruce Street, the undulating steel tower near City Hall. The building's penthouses -- currently the tallest residential units in the city -- are asking a jaw-dropping $40,000 and $60,000 per month. On the lower end, one bedrooms can be rented for around $4,000 per month.

Mirabelle on the Hudson (Weichert Realtors)

Mirabelle on the Hudson, 8125 River Road, North Bergen, N.J.

If Tebow is hunting for a good deal, he might do well looking on the west side of the Hudson. Jason Collins, a basketball center for the Atlanta Hawks, sold his condo last year for $700,000 -- a $1 million loss from the boom. Rapper and actor Ice-T also lives in the building.

The building would be closer to the Jets' Metlife Stadium in East Rutherford, N.J. compared to a Manhattan home. Four units in the building are on the market, with an average asking price of $379,250, according to Weichart Realtors.
