The viral incident involving Jerry Seinfeld's decision to deny Kesha's hug proposal last week will never be forgotten as it will now live on as street art in Melbourne, Australia.

Australian graffiti artist Lush, who is well-known for his ability to repurpose pop culture moments into living art, turned the highly awkward viral moment into a mural Sunday. Other recent murals the talented artist has created include Tiger Woods' mugshot and Kim Kardashian's unforgettable crying face, twice.

"A friend showed me [about] the video the day before the wall was painted. [I] thought it was relatable as I'm a fan of personal space," Lush exclusively told International Business Times. "It took a few hours to rig up on the wall in between passers-by questioning my sanity."

As expected, the internet had gotten ahold of Lush's latest masterpiece as it continues to make its way through the digital web. Therefore, Seinfeld will be forced to repeatedly relive this famous rejection, and Kesha will never be freed from the embarrassment of it all.

Lush captioned the Instagram photo of his mural, saying: "@jerryseinfeld "No thanks." @iiswhoiis."

Prior to Lush posting a photo of his work of art, the mural quickly received the meme treatment on Instagram by another user that discovered the Melbourne-based creation.

"I love that Seinfeld has very strong personal space boundaries," the user wrote. "He's not willing to cross for anybody (mural by the brilliant @lushsux)

In case you missed it, the mural honors an awkward exchange between Seinfeld and Kesha at a charity benefit last week in Washington D.C. The event that the two were in attendance for was the David Lynch Foundation's A Night of Laughter and Song.

As the comedian was in the middle of speaking with a reporter from WUSA9, a CBS-affiliated televised news station located in the nation's capital, Kesha interrupted the red carpet interview to express her admiration for Seinfeld.

"I'm Kesha, I love you so much," Kesha said as she introduced herself to the comedian.

He quickly acknowledged the singer by thanking her. However, the already award encounter took a turn for the worst when the singer asked to hug the "Seinfeld" star. Seinfeld proceeded to not hesitate with a response as he quickly uttered the words, "No thanks."

If the situation wasn't already off to a rocky start, Seinfeld had to snub Kesha two additional times after the initial reject. Therefore, this is the example of one incident where perseverance doesn't always pan out.

Although Extra had confirmed late last week that Seinfeld and Kesha did become acquainted following the incident, the actor couldn't pass up on the opportunity to poke fun at the situation on social media.

Following the end of the benefit last week, Seinfeld took to Instagram to post a slideshow of photos taken at the Fatherhood Initiative lunch. The featured photo was a picture of the comedian hugging his wife, Jessica Seinfeld, with a mischevious grin plastered across his face. It's safe to say the comedian knew what he was doing.

"Thanks to all the fatherhood supporters who attended the Fatherhood Initiative lunch today for my amazing wife’s Good+ Foundation and to MR PORTER for putting it together," Seinfeld wrote within the photo's caption. "MR PORTER is launching a 'White Shirts Campaign,' in which 100% of sales of white shirts sold from June 8th-18th will be donated to GOOD+ Foundation.'"

Thanks to Lush, the legacy of Seinfeld's historical viral moment will continue to live on eternally.
