Most of us use Facebook to update daily life activities, from checking into restaurants to live blogging events and to update on current life status.

However, one Indiana man used Facebook to admit a murder-suicide he committed.

Bart Heller made a confession on Facebook Saturday that he shot and killed his ex-girlfriend, Erin Jehl and her friend Ryann Tipton, both 19-years-old, along with himself after a love triangle went wrong.

someone call 911, Heller, 43, wrote. three dead bodies at 3229 lima road fort wayne Indiana. I've killed ryann, erin, and myself. People were warned not to f---- play me and ruin me. They didn't listen. Sorry about your luck.

According to ABC, a woman in Washington named Nancy Lopez, who is Facebook friends with Heller, reported the incident. Lopez saw the message from her home over 1,000 miles away and reported it to Fort Wayne police about fifteen minutes after the status was posted at 2:46 p.m. on Saturday.

The Journal Gazette reported police responded to the scene at 3:04 p.m. where they found a motionless man on the floor and two more dead bodies, all of which were declared dead at the scene.

Authorities told ABC News the murder-suicide was a love triangle gone wrong, as Heller and Jehl had recently broken up and are investigating the relationship and the reasoning for the shooting.

We did learn that the female shooting victim had a relationship with the shooter, Raquel Foster, a spokeswoman for the Fort Wayne Police Department told ABC. We also learned that that relationship ended days prior to this incident. The 19-year-old male shooting victim was a friend accompanying the 19-year-old female shooting victim to recover some of her personal belongings.

Cynthia Noble, a friend of Heller's, told NBC news affiliate WWMT that Heller was jealous of Tipton and Jehl.

They're all very platonic friends, but they all are very touchy, feely, huggy. They're good people, and it's my understanding it got on Bart's nerves really bad and he just cracked, Noble told WWMT.

A vigil will be held at Erin Jehl's and Ryann Tipton's former high school in Fort Wayne, Ind.
