“The Bates Motel” is quickly filling up its rooms for its second season. The A&E “Psycho” prequel begins shooting its sophomore season this week, and it's added four new characters to the roster. Check out this casting roundup to meet the new players in White Pine Bay.

Christine

While season one had the Bates Motel owner only befriending her son’s friend, Emma, and Detective Shelby, season two will have her meeting Christine. Deadline.com reports that Christine will be played by “Hung” actress Rebecca Creskoff. Her character is said to be witty and intelligent, pulling Norma in to the “upper circle of White Pine Bay Society” and becoming the “first female friend Norma has ever had.”

George

Norma will not only be getting a new friend, but a new love interest. While we previously reported the character’s name to be George, we now know that the actor playing him is “Alias” alum Michael Vartan. According to TVLine.com, Vartan’s character is a “charming divorcé who catches Norma’s eye.” But George also has a connection to Christine – she’s his younger sister. Here’s hoping she has better luck with him than Detective Shelby.

Caleb

In the season one finale, Norma’s estranged brother Caleb was teased, but not introduced. This season he’ll be portrayed by “Sons Of Anarchy” star Kenny Johnson. Norma previously revealed that she was sexually assaulted by her brother when she was younger. He’ll be showing up in town now to “coax his little sis into investing in a presumably shady business venture.”

Zane Carpenter

Dylan will continue to dive deeper into the drug business in season two, which is where we’ll meet Zane Carpenter. “The Call’s” Michael Eklund will be playing Zane, “a new upper-level player in Dylan’s drug family."
