While Beyoncé and Jay Z have been plagued with divorce rumors lately, rapper 50 Cent said the singer is willing to confront just about anyone who doesn’t get along with her husband. During a radio interview with Los Angeles’ Power 105.1, the 38-year-old 50 Cent admits Beyoncé once approached him in a Las Vegas casino. She thought he was feuding with her husband.
“One time [Beyoncé] jumped off of a ledge and came running over cause she thought me and Jay had issues. And I’m like, ‘What the f---? Did she really just jump and run up on me like that?’
“We was at the Cosmopolitan. She jumped out and was like this, ‘What?! That Bonnie and Clyde forreal! You try this or what, boy?! I’m here!’ She bugged out at me. I looked and Jay starts laughing. He’s like, ‘Yo, you know what it is.’ I said, ‘Oh sh--! What the f--- y’all got going on, man?’ Bey jumped down off of that joint like, ‘What?! Wassup?!’ Matter of fact, Floyd [Mayweather] was there. We were in the Cosmopolitan in Vegas and I was bringing him to say wassup to Jay because Jay don’t really like him.”
This is the first time we've heard of Beyoncé getting up in somebody's face like that, let alone a rapper. While she seems willing to go to great lengths on behalf of Jay Z, the two are reportedly in turmoil these days.
A new report suggests that Jay Z is jealous of Beyoncé’s bodyguard, Julius De Boer. Not much is known about him, but the Dutch native has been working with the 32-year-old singer since 2009, protecting her at various events and during her day-to-day workout regime. He was even on the elevator when Solange went after her 44-year-old brother-in-law. "Jay definitely thinks that there was and may still be something romantic going on between Bey and Julius," a source told Mstarz. "He wanted to fire Julius last February, but Beyoncé said, 'Julius isn't going anywhere.'"
Beyoncé and Jay Z have remained silent about the rumors and were seen last week leaving their office building in Manhattan. They are kicking off their first tour together, “On the Run,” June 25.
