Social networking site Twitter is abuzz with speculation about Beyoncé Knowles' baby bump, after she appeared on a television show last night. Her bulging stomach mysteriously folded and collapsed as she sat down for an interview with an Australian television channel.

Earlier, the American singer had set social media networks on fire by announcing, at the MTV Video Music Awards, that she was pregnant. In the process, she set a new record of tweets per second, clocking in at 8,868.

The 29-year-old pop diva, is expecting her first child with her husband of three years, rapper Jay-Z, 41.

There have been numerous unverified reports earlier, which speculated that Beyoncé's baby bump was prosthetic. The high definition video of the latest interview doing the rounds on internet does show a bump, albeit a very unnatural-looking one.
