Beyonce’s Wedding Dress Revealed in ‘I Was Here’ Music Video [PHOTOS, VIDEO]

Beyonce and husband Jay-Z haven't released many details about their wedding that took place in 2008, but the couple is slowly unwrapping parts of their lives that fans are eager to see.

In her new music video I Was Here, Beyonce gave fans a special treat: their first look at her beautiful wedding dress, which has been under wraps since the ceremony.

According to Us Weekly, the Grammy Award winning singer didn't opt for big shot designers such as Vera Wang to design a dress for her big day. Instead, for her April 4 wedding, the Houston beauty opted for a design from her designer mom Tina Knowles, Beyonce's stylist Ty Hunter said.

During Beyonce's years as a member of the girl group Destiny's Child, Knowles, 57, designed costumes for the girls and also did so throughout much of Beyonce's solo career. The two share a brand called House of Dereon, which was name after Tina Knowles' mother.

In the video I Was Here, fans can get a look at Beyonce's life growing up: from winning talent show competitions to shooting videos for hit songs like Survivor. Designs from Knowles that lit up the red carpet when Beyonce and the other members of Destiny's Child were still together, selling out every venue they played at, can be seen in video.

Now 30, Beyonce is at a new chapter in her life.

She is expecting her first child with Jay-Z and has told the press that she now feels like a woman.

I feel like I'm very aware of who I am, Beyonce has told MTV. I feel great and I feel like 30 is the ideal age [to start a family], because you're mature enough to know who you are and to have your boundaries and your standards, and not be afraid, too polite ?- but you're young enough to be a young woman.
