Blake Lively was granted a restraining order on Friday against her stalker, obsessed fan Sergei Mifle who claims he has a metaphysical connection with the actress.

According to a report from TMZ, a Judge Carol Boas Gordon in Los Angeles, Calif. granted the three year protection restraining order on Friday for Lively and her mother, Elaine Lively.

Lively obtained a temporary restraining order against Mifle last month. Mifle reportedly contacted Lively's mom because he believed her daughter was in trouble.

I have to help her [Blake Lively], she's troubled, Mifle reportedly said in the first call.

According to reports, Mifle contacted Lively's mother several times after and leave urgent voicemails on Feb. 8.

You can contact me (unintelligible) so we can talk and, you know, before it is too late, so ... I'm, I would really appreciate it if Blake could contact me, and I just wanted to say if she's afraid, if she's afraid she, I promise, I promise, I will act, act very, very peacefully, and she'll just have a, she'll just have a wonderful time, according to a transcript of the message he left Lively's mother on the New York Daily News.

The stalker was also caught lurking around the set of Gossip Girl, following Lively with his eyes.

That day made me very nervous and afraid for my safety. I am worried that Mifle might follow me around and harm me, Lively said in court when she filed the restraining order.

Mifle, born in Russia but living in New Jersey, also claimed that he can heal Lively, as he has a metaphysical and spiritual connection with her and wanted to guide her.

Before the restraining order was granted Friday, Mifle expressed his feelings against the order.

I don't want to get arrested. But the restraining order is ridiculous. I will stay away, but there will come a time when I'm going to need her. I just want to talk to her. I like her very much, Mifle said. I don't know her personally, but I know her, and I don't want to see her go the way of Lindsay Lohan. Her mind seems set on self-destruction.

Sergei Mifle must stay at least 100 yards away from Lively and her mother for the next three years, TMZ reported.
