Blake Shelton is giving fans a glimpse into life on set of "The Voice." Since arriving on the reality show he and fellow cast mate Adam Levine have had a sort of love-hate relationship which viewers seem to love. The pair frequently take shots at one another, along with fellow judges Gwen Stefani and Pharrell Williams. With that much hilarity going on in front of the cameras, you've got to wonder what goes on behind the scenes.

Shelton, 39, recently revealed to People magazine that life on set is every bit as fun as we'd imagine it to be. He said that when the cameras aren't rolling he and the other judges spend time trying to "create our own bonds." He said that, for the most part, he and Levine, 36, can be found "just talking," while Stefani, 45, spends a most of her downtime in hair and make-up. The musician turned fashion designer reportedly arrives on set two hours early just to make sure she's camera ready when it's time to shoot. Although Stefani arrives the earliest, Shelton told People she certainly isn't the one that takes the longest to get ready. When asked who he thought was most often the last out of wardrobe he chose Levine.

"Adam because the collar's gotta be stretched out just right," he said. "He definitely does a lot of changes before he settles on what he's wearing that day."

It's clear that, while the entire cast of "The Voice" has become like one big family, Shelton and Levine share a special bond. In fact, the recently divorced country star recently revealed in an interview Wednesday that, given the chance, he'd glady swap lives with the Maroon 5 frontman. When asked why, he told People his decision was based almost entirely on Levine's wife, Behati Prinsloo.

"I'm gonna say I would pick Adam because he's married to a supermodel. Need I say more?" he laughed. "I don't give a f---. That's who I'm picking and it's because of his wife. Period."

"The Voice" airs Tuesdays at 8 p.m. EDT on NBC.
