‘Blindspot’
Is there still hope for a Jane (Jaimie Alexander)-Kurt (Sullivan Stapleton) reunion in “Blindspot” Season 2? NBC

“Blindspot” Season 2 has not seen the last of Rob Brown’s character, Reade, yet.

Following the hit NBC show’s short hiatus, “Blindspot” will return with an episode that will put Reade in the spotlight. He may not be fit to work with his team, but he will start his healing process. In the previous episode, Reade finally listened to the tape after he was advised by Travis (Garret Dillahunt) to do so.

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, executive producer Martin Gero explained, “It helps him start to heal. Reade is at least on the road to recovery, I don’t think he’s back into fighting shape just yet. The rest of the arc of the season is Reade trying to figure out what makes sense for him when it comes to being back on the team.”

Meanwhile, “Blindspot” Season 2, episode 19 will air on April 26 at 8 p.m. EST. “Regard a Mere Mad Rager” will see Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) and Kurt Weller (Sullivan Stapleton) going undercover on a high stakes scavenger hunt run by powerful hackers. The episode also marks that two characters’ reunion. In the promo released by NBC for the upcoming installment, Kurt and Jane share a kiss.

Elsewhere, Michelle Hurd’s character, Shepherd, will also be back to procure a dangerous weapon from Thailand. By the looks of it, the weapon will be used to take down her enemies and that includes Jane, Kurt, Roman (Luke Mitchell) and the rest of their team members.

“Blindspot” Season 2, episode 19 also serves as the third to last installment for the series. But until today, the network hasn’t announced whether or not the series will be renewed for a third season.
