“Blindspot” Season 2 will see the return of Assistant U.S. Attorney Matthew Weitz in an upcoming episode.

According to Entertainment Weekly, Weitz, played by Aaron Abrams, will be featured in episode 18, titled “Senile Lines.” The publication also released an exclusive photo from the installment featuring the attorney. In the snap, he is in his office with several other executives. The look on his face seems to imply that they are discussing something serious.

“Blindspot” executive producer Martin Gero also told the publication that the villainous character will be back to bring down Kurt Weller’s (Sullivan Stapleton) team. Weitz was first introduced in the hit NBC series as the attorney investigating Mayfair’s (Marianne Jean Baptiste) misconduct. He was also the one responsible for bugging Zapata’s (Audrey Esparza) home to find information about her team.

Meanwhile, ahead of the April 5 episode, “Blindspot” Season 2 will first release episode 17 on March 29 at 8 p.m. EST on NBC. “Solos” will center on Jane Doe (Jaimie Alexander) and Oliver (Jonathan Patrick Moore) finding themselves in a dangerous situation that will expose their deepest, darkest secrets. After they are captured by new enemies, Kurt and Nas (Archie Panjabi) will try to rescue them.

However, other than worrying about their secrets being exposed, Jane and Oliver will also be faced with another dilemma: they do not trust each other. Even though their chemistry is palpable, they both doubt each other’s intentions. Still, they are left with no other choice but to depend on each other because not agreeing with each other could result to their deaths.
