Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are still working on finalizing their divorce almost two years after it was filed by the actress.

According to The Blast, the court approved the ex-couple’s request to extend the temporary judge so they could have private discussions about their divorce settlement. Pitt and Jolie have also been coordinating their schedules so that both parents can spend time with their six children.

Maddox, 16, Pax, 14, Zahara, 13, Shiloh, 11, Vivienne and Knox, 9, are living with Jolie in Los Angeles, but they regularly visit their dad in his home. While finalizing their divorce, Jolie and Pitt are also very busy with their separate lives.

“Angelina is busy with everything she is doing, including being a super mom to her kids. But she is doing find and working with Brad on ways to continue their lives so everyone is happy,” the source told People.

Pitt has been struggling with the divorce ever since it was filed in September 2016, but he is doing much better at the moment. The actor remains committed to his family, especially his six children.

Both Jolie and Pitt are still single, and it seems that the “Maleficent” star has no plans to get into another relationship anytime soon. Pitt, on other hand, has been casually dating for the past couple of months, but he is still single at the moment.

Jolie filed for divorce from Pitt following an incident on a plane between the actor and their eldest son, Maddox. The FBI was asked to investigate Pitt over allegations of child abuse, but he was later on cleared. At that time, Pitt was reportedly intoxicated.

During an interview with GQ last year, the “Ocean’s Eleven” actor acknowledged the fact that he was drinking too much. “It’s just become a problem. And I’m really happy it’s been half a year now, which is bittersweet,” he said.
