Britney Spears Sells Her Beverly Hills Villa For $4.3M; At $1 Million More Than The Asking Price

Well, there are too many options for those interested in investing in the posh Beverly Hills area, home to more than half American celebrities.

Not only are Madonna's and Michael Jackson’s properties on sale, but Britney Spears too has sold off her Beverly Hills mansion for a staggering $4,253,000.

The 30-year-old singer reportedly bagged nearly $1 million extra than the asking price of $2,995,000 for her Mediterranean-style villa and is now looking for a new property with fiancé Jason Trawick.

According to TMZ, the bidding and hearing in court will be held next month where interested buyers can still overbid the accepted offer.

Spears lived in the Summit area of the Beverly Hills, the most expensive and aristocratic locality in the city.

Apparently, she wants to sell off her old property and start a new life at a new place with her fiancé and two sons Sean and Jayden, Daily Mail reported.
