Infinity Ward’s 2013 first-person shooter “Call of Duty: Ghosts” is on sale for $39.99 from now through March 15. The sale applies to all platforms – PC, Xbox One, PS4, Xbox 360 and PS3.

Xbox made the announcement on March 7 via its Twitter feed.

The game can be found on Amazon, at GameStop, Best Buy and Target, as well as various other major chains like Wal-mart.

The “Call of Duty: Ghosts” multiplayer is currently free for Xbox One and Xbox 360 users. On March 6, Santa Monica, Calif.-based Activision and L.A.-based Infinity Ward announced they were joining forces with Microsoft’s Xbox to bring the demo to Xbox Live until March 10. Details were listed below via the “Call of Duty: Ghosts” blog.

For the first time in franchise history, Activision and Infinity Ward are partnering with Xbox to bring a Call of Duty®: Ghosts Multiplayer demo to Xbox Live this coming weekend!

From Friday, March 7 (10 a.m. PST) to Monday, March 10 (10 a.m. PST), players on Xbox One and Xbox 360 will be able to download the demo and try out Call of Duty: Ghosts Multiplayer at no cost. Included are three Multiplayer maps (Strikezone, Warhawk, and Prison Break); three Multiplayer modes (Search & Rescue, Domination, and Team Deathmatch); as well as the original Extinction game mode (Point of Contact).

For those that don't already own Call of Duty: Ghosts, there's no better opportunity than this weekend to jump in and experience it for yourself!
