Warner Bros urges Charlie Sheen to ‘stop lying’ about “Men” REUTERS

Making the most of the scandalous spotlight, Charlie Sheen has landed on the Twitterverse only to be greeted with rude responses. While Tweeps unleash fury over his recent controversies, the fiery 'Two and a Half Men' actor seems to be taking everything in the stride.

Sheen brought in the action early with a not-so-graceful tweet on Nancy Grace: Just got invited to do the Nancy Grace show... I'd rather go on a long road trip with Chuck Lorre in a '75 Pacer....

The 45-year-old embattled actor has been lodged in a verbal war against CBS and Chuck Lorre since his 'The Alex Jones Show' interview, which let loose a storm of statements from Charlie Sheen.

He followed it up with a bold post inviting questioning: Questions..? I'm here for my people..! Bring it!!

Although Sheen's posts did manage to capture the fancy of many to be retweeted several times, it is the actor's pictures that are eliciting the strongest responses.

In his first tweet, the actor declared himself winning with a twitpic. The picture that accompanied the post, which read Winning..! Choose your Vice, received critical comments.

Chocolate milk does not cure alcoholism! I give charlie 2 weeks before he's on another binge! wrote maryjayne1983.

Another user, simmychick4636, tried to rationalize Sheen's bizarre behavior with a psychological basis and blamed the critics of enabling him, posting hes bipolar, therefore does have a legitimate reason for acting crazy. all you people are is accomplices and enablers. he needs help!

Nevertheless, Sheen is not completely run out of loyal fans, as one fan, emmaangel1985, tweeted, I think your one of the most top actors on this planet, big fan coming to you from Australia

Another Twitpic of The only watch that keeps Warlock time - Class of 1927 ring 'Bambino U', has also attracted some harsh comments from those who mostly think that the victims of Sheen's transgressions are his father and children.

Rekoner11 wrote: There's more to life than things Charlie, like your Dad, kids and brothers, your hurting them all.

Again, fans added the positive edge to the comments thread. Mikepaperchase posted, i wish all these people would say something positive or nothing at all. we love u

Charlie Sheen, who seems to be keen on #winning contracy to his bio Born Small... Now Huge... Winning... Bring it..! (unemployed winner...), has answered all raging questions with one post,My sons are fine... My path is now clear... Defeat is not an option..!

The scandalous TV star popped up in the limelight recently following his interview with Alex Jones, during which he launched a scathing attack on CBS and 'Men' creator Chuck Lorre. Sheen has since then appeared on a series of interviews to assert his angst against the network and the show while making a set of new controversial statements on a variety of topics. His latest 20/20 interview on ABC is the latest rage. Some of the quotes from the show that have emerged popular include: I'm Bi-winning Thanks Dr. Loser. The Earth is bipolar, and When you've got a highly evolved brain, and you're tryin' to roll out your humor, that's on me.

On asked why he was doing on these interviews, Sheen is quoted to have replied, One day I woke up. I've been kicked around, I've been criticized, I've been this Aww Shucks guy with like this bitchin' rock star life, and I'm just finally gonna completely embrace it, wrap both arms around it, and love it violently, and defend it violently through violent hatred.

Just as Sheen descended on Twitter, the microblogging site was taken by a storm. While the star amassed 600,000 followers within hours and with just 10 tweets, Sheen-related terms made their way to the Trending Topics list. Hashtag, #tigerblood derieved from I got tiger blood, man quote from a March 1 interview with NBC's Jeff Rossen continues to dominate tweets.

The actors instant uber-success on the microblogging site only reflects the massive interest that his bizarre behavior has generated over the past few days. As a Twitter user, KeyBumpKid simply put it: Charlie's reputation is expanding, faster then the universe. Cheers
