Brace yourselves, Backstreet Boys fans. Nick Carter, a founding member of the popular 90s boy band and current star of ABC's "Dancing With the Stars," is going to be a father. He and his wife Lauren Kitt are said to be expecting their first child together.

Sources have told Us Weekly that Carter's wife is about four months along. The site claims they are "overjoyed" about being parents for the first time, adding that they've been hoping for this for quite some time. Neither Carter, 35, nor Kitt, 32, have commented on the rumored pregnancy at this time.

Amid the pregnancy rumors, Nick remains focused on his "DWTS" success. At present he and partner Sharna Burgess have made it through several elimination rounds on Season 21 of the show, wowing judges with their fancy footwork. Early in the season Burgess, 30, said she could hardly believe that she was working with someone who's dance moves she once copied. She added that, although he had a background in dancing, there were still many things he had to learn.

Carter and Kitt have been together for several years. They were engaged in February 2013 when the former boy band member popped the question with a massive 7-carat ring. They tied the knot a little over a year later in April 2014. The ceremony took place in Santa Barbara, California, according to People magazine.
