- Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney will hold three campaign events across Ohio on Wednesday, making a fresh bid for voters in a key swing state; no Republican has ever won the White House without winning Ohio.

- Meanwhile, Republican vice presidential candidate Paul Ryan will hold an arrival event in Lexington, Ky. Thursday’s vice presidential debate will be hosted in nearby Danville.

- Ann Romney accused Obama of “poor sportsmanship” in an interview set to air Wednesday on Fox News, The Hill reports. Romney, referring to charges by the Obama campaign that her husband lied during last week’s debate in Denver, said Obama was acting like someone “in the sandbox that like lost the game and they’re just going to kick sand in someone’s face and say, ‘you liar.’”

- This week Hulu began streaming a documentary produced by Citizens United -- the conservative group whose 2010 U.S. Supreme Court win altered the political spending landscape -- taking aim at President Obama.
