There are many people who could be guilty of wanting Andre dead and committing his murder, and as the investigation begins to tighten around a select number of suspects, Stefan and Vivian will find themselves wondering if they will become prime targets on the Monday, Jan. 29 episode of "Days of Our Lives."

While the police have thus far focused on Anna (Leann Hunley) after finding the urn containing Tony's ashes at the scene of Andre's (Thaao Penghlis) murder, other Salemites could seem just as likely to have killed him on the NBC soap. While Gabi (Camila Banus) has already told Abigail (Marci Miller) that despite her comments, she wasn't guilty, and Chad (Billy Flynn) and Kate (Lauren Koslow) have discussed their own last encounters with him and seemed unlikely to have ended his life, two other people could quickly come up on the police's radar—Stefan (Tyler Christopher) and Vivian (Louise Sorel).

After Andre's murder, and before it seemed to become public knowledge, Vivian stormed into her son's room at the DiMera mansion, and the two discussed making sure that their tracks were covered. It seems most likely that one or both of them acted out and committed the murder. Now though, as the investigation appears to expand following Roman's (Josh Charles) decision to provide Anna with an alibi, the mother/son duo have started to seem a little more nervous.

Stefan seemed particularly nervous when Rafe (Galen Gering) arrived with a warrant for the security footage outside of Andre's office, and it became clear that he was worried about what his mother would say when it was also mentioned that the police wanted statements from everyone at the DiMera Mansion.

Now, Vivian herself may become worried that their cover will be blown, and if they were the ones who killed Andre, that their plans could all go completely up in smoke. However, as she frets, Stefan will try to assure her that she has nothing to worry about, reminding her again that he has promised to cover their tracks.

Still, as Rafe and Eli (Lamon Archey) watch the security footage, both will find themselves in hot water, as they and a few others who have already claimed innocence will become the full pool of murder suspects after they all make appearances on the tape.
