Demi Moore may have filed for divorce less than a month ago, but she's already bouncing back from her break-up with Ashton Kutcher, moving on to celebrity beauty mogul Scott-Vincent Borba.

A source close to the couple told RadarOnline that the 49-year-old actress had begun dating Borba, who's in his mid-30s, last week. The pair had been friends for years, and had leaned on each other in the past.

They have known each other a long time, the anonymous friend reported. He's really been there for her, by her side, through the whole Ashton [Kutcher] thing.

Readers will likely be skeptical of the news, especially since Moore and Borba are supposed to have been dating for over a week already. After all, Demi Moore was spotted with a mystery man only two days ago who turned out to be totally-platonic friend Eric Butterbaugh, an L.A. florist.

But Scott-Vincent Borba, the founder and CEO of the BORBA skin care products used by stars like Ashley Greene, Mila Kunis and Stacy Kiebler, may not be such a far-fetched suggestion by friends and rumor-mongers for the recently-divorced Moore. Sources report he is head over heels for the actress, and they have been friends for many years, lending credence to the rumors.

And although Borba's name isn't well-known outside Hollywood, both his past friendship with Demi and his celebrity clientele mean his outings with Moore could easily have gone unnoticed.

It's easy for Scott-Vincent [Borba] to keep his relationships a secret because he's so often photographed hanging out with celebrities, the source said. There's definitely potential for a lasting relationship between them.

Soon-to-be-ex-husband Ashton Kutcher, meanwhile, wasted no time drowning his sorrows in local bars and local girls. Kutcher has moved in with his buddies and is loving the female attention, so it's safe to assume Demi Moore has Ashton's blessing to date around as well.

If Moore is indeed dating Borba, it won't be the first time the Hollywood star has had a quick rebound from failed romances. Moore has been married three times, had one broken engagement and dated constantly since her celebrity arrival as a member of the 1980's Brat Pack.
