Did Lindsey Vonn Choose Tiger Woods Over Kris Humphries?

Tiger Woods' new girlfriend Lindsey Vonn and Nets basketball player Kris Humphries were apparently an item, multiple news outlets are reporting.

Though the Olympic skier, 28, is now with golfer Woods, 37, she could have ended up in the arms of Kim Kardashian’s estranged husband.

According to the New York Post, Woods and Humphries were both pursing the blonde bombshell at the same time.

A source told Radar Online: “Woods wasn’t Vonn’s only suitor … Bachelor No. 2 was none other than Kim Kardashian ex Kris Humphries. They’re both from Minnesota, so they had a lot to talk about.”

It seems there could be some truth to the rumors.

Humphries and Vonn exchanged a few tweets back in June about the two hanging out by Lake Minnesota.

Humphries wrote: “Hanging with a fellow Minnesotan @lindseyvonn. Gotta get her back on lake minnetonka soon!”

Vonn responded: “I know! Def need to get back!!”

Ultimately, the NBA star was not able to woo Vonn, but that could actually be a good thing. Rumors are swirling that Vonn and Woods’ relationship is just a PR stunt, the Inquisitr reports.

Humphries has had some experience with staged relationships, but Vonn’s PR team must have been looking for a bigger name, the Inquisitr insinuated.

But then again, Woods and Vonn could just like each other the old fashion way.

Even though Us Weekly stated the Olympian and Humphries were an item, Hollywood Life reported they were never romantically involved.

A source told the gossip site:

“It’s not true. They hung out with a group of friends last summer in Los Angeles. They met at a club that once and that was it.”

As far as Vonn and Woods are concerned, the two are a “really happy couple,” Us Weekly reports.
