Donald Trump posted a cryptic tweet that elicited a slew of different reactions from his followers.

“We cannot let the cure be worse than the problem itself. At the end of the 15-day period, we will make a decision as to which way we want to go!” the POTUS tweeted.

Immediately after, netizens responded to Trump’s tweet.

“Translation: Trump cares about the Dow Jones Industrial Average and his re-election chances more than he cares about the lives of the American people,” Twitter @eugenegu said.

“Correct. 15 days then we keep the high-risk groups protected as necessary and the rest of us go back to work,” Twitter user @steph93065 said.

“Your all caps, nonsensical word salads can’t distract from the fact that you suppressed information, declined test kits, lied repeatedly, and are putting millions in danger because you lack empathy and you don’t know what you’re facing. Go fact yourself,” Twitter user @johnpavlovitz said.

“Dear President Trump, with total respect sir – when did the day 15 period begin? On what date does it end? Small businesses, waiters, clerks, and blue-collar workers are facing financial ruin. When can Americans go back to work?” Twitter user @FredfromFlorida said.

“Do you think writing all caps makes you any more credible? Goodness, you’re an idiot,” Twitter user @TalbertSwan said.

“The fear of the virus cannot collapse our economy that President Trump has built up. We the people are smart enough to keep away from others if we know that we are sick or they are sick! After 15 days are over the world can begin to heal!” Twitter user @SexCounseling said.

“Nobody trusts you. You’re in over your head. You’re an inept, incompetent buffoon. You have no idea what we’re going to do at the end of 15 days. Do America a favor, resign,” Twitter user @TalbertSwan said.

“You are too late, not done enough, you are making things worse. Please resign,” Twitter user @PhuckUTrump said.
